Mouth Watering Spinach Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
1 banana
2 cups of spinach
1 tsp of vanilla
1 egg or a chia egg (1 tbsp of ground-up chia and 2.5 tbsp of water)
1 1/3 cup of oats
1 tsp of baking powder
1/2 tsp of salt
A dash of cinnamon
Directions
Blend the oats in a blender then add the rest of the ingredients and blend!
Pour into a warm skillet and cook like you would a normal pancake and enjoy!
Feel free to add anything to the batter! You could add blueberries, apples, walnuts etc.
