Warm-Your-Heart Pumpkin Loaf

Ingredients 

1 cup pumpkin

1 banana

1/4 cup apple sauce

1 tbsp of honey

3 tbsp of pure organic maple syrup (multiple antioxidants)

2 tbsp of melted coconut oil (amazing antimicrobial)

2 eggs

2 tsp of pumpkin spice

1 tsp of vanilla

1tsp of baking soda

1/2 tsp of salt

1 3/4 cup of oats

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°

Blend the oats in a blender to make oat flour. Add in the rest of the ingredients and blend! Feel free to add any add ins that you wish! We love doing walnuts and some dark chocolate chips!

Bake for 50 minutes and enjoy!!
